I’m looking for a role where I can own executive support and operations—managing calendars and inboxes, coordinating multi-time-zone meetings and travel, and using tools like Google Workspace, Notion, and automations to speed up responses and keep work organized.

I’m a results-driven Executive Assistant and Virtual Assistant with 5+ years of experience managing schedules, inboxes, travel logistics, and day-to-day administrative operations for founders and senior leaders. I’m known for reducing email response times, preventing scheduling conflicts, and keeping critical work moving smoothly across time zones.

In my recent role as a Virtual Assistant with TSARONA (remote), I managed a founder’s and a small team’s schedules and inboxes, cutting email response time from 3–4 days to within 24 hours. I coordinated 10+ weekly meetings across multiple time zones with zero scheduling conflicts, and I handled event travel logistics end-to-end, including researching 100+ food startups to support positioning strategy.
