What I'm looking for

I am seeking a hands-on IT role where I can train users, manage systems and networks, and contribute to reliable lab operations and community-focused tech training.

I am an IT tutor and systems support specialist with hands-on experience training cohorts, administering and maintaining computer labs, and implementing user-facing applications such as e-hospital systems. I have delivered technical training to roughly 100 students per cycle, managed Google/Coursera admin tasks, organized online trainings, and supported hardware, software and network operations for Shining Hope for Communities since 2015.

My background includes a Diploma in Information Technology, Google IT Support and Digital Marketing coursework, and practical roles as IT support assistant, system admin assistant, data clerk and tutor. I focus on reliable lab operations, effective user training, preventive maintenance and practical troubleshooting to keep services available and support beneficiary learning and placement pathways.
