What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that fosters growth, teamwork, and innovation in technology.

I am an ICT expert with a degree in technology education from the University of Eldoret. With one year of experience, I have developed a strong skill set in hardware and software maintenance, network support, and user assistance. My journey in the IT field has been driven by a lifelong fascination with technology and its impact on everyday life.

During my internship at the Nairobi ICT Authority, I successfully deployed and maintained corporate Wide Area Networks, VPNs, and LANs, ensuring seamless connectivity for users. I collaborated with vendors and network analysts to troubleshoot performance issues and implemented necessary updates. My role also involved providing help-desk support and maintaining an up-to-date inventory of IT infrastructure.

In addition to my technical skills, I possess strong soft skills such as effective communication, adaptability, and problem-solving. I am eager to bring my expertise to a dynamic organization where I can contribute to achieving company goals while continuing to grow in my career.
