What I'm looking for

I am looking to join a company that is transformational and will enable me to make a positive contribution to overall growth and development of the company, while allowing for me to learn new concepts while engaging with the company on the whole. I am looking for an environment that fosters diversity and promote equity and equality, while respecting cultural differences and experiences.

I have worked in several industries ranging from Contact Centers and BPOs, Government, Non-profit and the private sector in insurance.

I am an outdoor guy who thrives on gaining new experiences and skills. I have acquired several new skills over the years of working in various capacities ranging from Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, People Management and others.

I have worked with the government indevelopment policies and legislations to empower youth and providing youth development strategies using cross ministry approaches.

I am currently the National President of JCI Jamaica and have been tasked with the rebuilding and rebranding of the organization to meet the changing environment in Jamaica and globally to ensure we can remain relevant.

I joined the EXPO Jamaica 2023 team as Buyer Recruitment Coordinator to plan and execute the bi annual event. I was tasked with attracting investors and buyers from international companies to attend the largest and oldest tradeshow in the English Speaking Caribbean. This year's staging was the largest in terms of international companies attending and participating in the event.
