I am seeking a management role where I can lead teams, improve operations, mentor staff, and drive measurable service and efficiency gains in a compliance-minded environment.

I am a results-driven leader with over 10 years of combined experience in management, BPO customer service, security operations, aviation services, and administrative support. I have led teams, optimized operations, managed inventory and procurement, and resolved complex issues while maintaining compliance and high guest or customer satisfaction.

Throughout roles from Assistant Manager at a resort to supervisor and technical support in BPO environments, I improved operational efficiency, managed multimodal customer interactions, and delivered measurable performance improvements.
