I’m looking for a remote Customer Support or Success role where I can bring my calm, problem-solving customer approach, bilingual communication (English C1), and hands-on CRM/ticketing experience to a global team.

I’m a bilingual Customer Support Specialist with 7 years working directly with customers across banking, logistics, and live events, and the through-line has always been how I show up: I listen closely, stay calm under pressure, and actually solve the problem. In my Customer Success / Account Support roles, I managed daily operations, handled incidents, and coordinated with internal teams to keep requests moving smoothly—while tracking customer satisfaction and sharing insights to drive improvements.

From event-based support, I’ve built a strong track record of fast, clear communication with international clients in both English and Spanish, including direct handling of on-site requests, complaints, and access control across busy moments.
