I’m open to remote work within Canada, and I’m looking for a team where I can drive end-to-end Salesforce CRM and case management delivery—bridging stakeholders and engineers in Agile, with strong testing, training, and change management.

I’m an accomplished, results-oriented Senior Business Analyst and Salesforce professional with over 7 years of deep IM/IT experience driving end-to-end CRM implementations, case management systems, and cloud solutions. I specialize in bridging business stakeholders and technical engineering teams within Agile frameworks.

In public-sector health and social services, I elicit complex requirements, coordinate collaborative workshops, and author user stories with clear acceptance criteria. I ensure high-quality delivery through robust testing (RTM, UAT) and by developing training material that supports adoption.

Most recently, I coordinated requirements-gathering workshops at Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA), formulated HealthCloud and case management configurations for a 100+ user environment, and maintained end-to-end Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) through deployment. I also design and automate To-Be workflows using Salesforce Flows and custom objects, while leading UAT and change management to resolve defects pre-launch.
