I’m looking for a challenging role where I can lead Agile delivery, own QA and business analysis, and use automation, cloud tools, and data validation to ensure high-quality releases, clear stakeholder communication, and measurable transformation outcomes.

I’m a hybrid IT professional with 14+ years of experience spanning Business Analysis, Quality Engineering, and Project Management across Telecom, Insurance, Public Sector, and Enterprise SaaS environments. I lead cross-functional teams, manage SDLC governance, and drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives with test strategy, UAT coordination, and strong stakeholder alignment.

In my current role as a Senior Business Analyst / Project Lead at Aurigo Software, I lead end-to-end delivery for a Masterworks enterprise platform—overseeing Agile ceremonies, defect lifecycle, change requests, and client communications. I also spearhead automation initiatives with Selenium WebDriver and Jenkins, perform API testing and real-time integration validation using Postman and Swagger, and manage data migration testing to ensure accuracy and reconciliation. Previously, as a QA Test Lead at PWC/Intact Insurance and Rogers Communications, I directed Salesforce migration testing, built comprehensive test artifacts, and executed functional, integration, regression, and compliance validations—while supporting accessibility audits aligned with AODA/WCAG 2.0 AA.
