What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can manage service standards and customer experience while coordinating stakeholders and supporting development or community programs in a fast-paced, accountable environment.

I’ve managed day-to-day operations and staff at Mashwede Holdings, keeping stock and service procedures tight while communicating with customers and stakeholders by phone, email, letter, and face-to-face. I also introduced the GAAP system to support cost control, and I’ve helped improve customer retention through stronger service and inventory management.

Before that, I supported the Department of Social Welfare in Chitungwiza as a Student Social Welfare Officer, handling beneficiary identification, selection, verification, and registration. I also did data collection and cleaning for the program database, coordinated commodity distribution, and helped write field reports and compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.

I’ve worked in fast-paced environments too, including a brand ambassador role at Econet Zimbabwe (Chitungwiza Town Center), where I captured data and sold Elavate and Econet products. I finished a two-week contract in a week, showing I can move quickly while staying consistent.

I bring a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Development Studies from Midlands State University, plus software skills across Microsoft Office tools and SPSS. I’m at my best when I can lead, multitask, work under pressure, and keep people’s experience front and center.
