Everjoy Nzuwa

I am a motivated Peace and Governance graduate with a certificate in Monitoring and evaluation. I bring a strong foundation in community engagement, social support, conflict resolution, and humanitarian coordination, with a clear focus on measurable impact.

I am equipped with skills in data collection, results based monitoring, and report writing. I am dedicated to promoting accountability and transparency within municipal programs and social welfare, using effective communication and partnership with stakeholders to support community development.

Through my internship with Harare City Council, I supported administration duties and helped with public safety initiatives by conducting safety campaigns, including crime prevention. I also participated in Council campaigns on gender-based violence (GBV) and engaged the community to investigate causes of conflict between the Council and residents to inform conflict resolution measures.

I have also developed a practical customer-service and feedback mindset through work at Hurudza Butchery as a till operator. I handled customer inquiries and complaints professionally, recorded and analyzed customer feedback, and collaborated with cashiers and delivery staff to improve service delivery and product quality.
