What I'm looking for
I’m an HR Generalist with 4+ years’ experience supporting globally distributed teams across Africa, Asia, Europe, Australia, Israel, and North America within Employer of Record (EOR) environments. I’m known for combining HR, operations, and finance insight to improve workflows and deliver reliable, data-informed HR support in fast-paced, remote-first organisations.
In my current role, I support the full employee lifecycle, partner with managers on recruitment and onboarding, and coordinate employee communication across multiple time zones. I manage multi-country payroll inputs using HQZen HRIS, Google Sheets, and Pay Maya to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely salary disbursement—while maintaining employee records, HMO workflows, and HR system data quality.
I also strengthen compliance and documentation across jurisdictions, draft and manage employment contracts and company handbooks, and support audit processes related to payroll and employee data. I enjoy driving process improvement and automation by identifying inefficiencies, partnering with stakeholders, and feeding usability feedback to the internal team to enhance HQZen HRIS.
