I'm looking for a people and operations role where I can strengthen HR administration, compliance, employee experience, stakeholder coordination, and efficient organizational systems.

I've supported Uganda Marketers Society through a governance transition, leading day-to-day administrative, financial, membership, and communications functions. I increased membership renewals by 30% through targeted outreach, accurate records, and responsive member support.

At Bollore Transport and Logistics Uganda, now AGL Uganda, I managed HR and warehouse administration, employee records, payroll inputs, onboarding, grievance resolution, invoicing, and supplier dispatch. I reduced billing errors by 30% and maintained a zero-dispute warehouse billing record for five consecutive years.
