I am a certified HR professional with hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations, focused on delivering a candidate-first hiring experience. I build trusted relationships across teams and streamline HR workflows using HRIS, Google Workspace, and remote collaboration tools.

At Tugende Limited I managed branch-level recruitment, onboarding, payroll data, and employee welfare programs while resolving over 90% of local employee concerns. I also developed referral networks and maintained high-trust hiring environments to support organizational staffing needs.

Previously at MSL Consult I built HR and client management systems for payroll, contracts, and compliance, managed end-to-end recruitment and candidate databases, and provided HR consultancy to SMEs on labor law and workforce engagement. I contributed measurable improvements to recruitment and compliance processes.

I hold a Bachelor of Social Work and Social Administration and a Certified Practitioner in Human Resource Management (CPHR), and I am pursuing an MBA in Marketing and Human Resource Management. I am mission-driven, highly organized, and ready to scale HR programs for remote and hybrid teams.
