At Baltimore County Government, I lead support for the Early Retirement System as part of the ERP team. I work with developers, vendors, clients, and users to test, install, troubleshoot, and perform root-cause analysis for application issues.

I use SQL Oracle Developer, Crystal Reports, Business Objects XI, ServiceNow, BeyondTrust, and Espresso to resolve issues, manage batch jobs, create reports, and document processes. I support applications across Windows, Linux, and mainframe operating systems while training users and improving team processes.

Previously at T. Rowe Price, I led, trained, scheduled, and reviewed technical staff work while monitoring infrastructure with AutoSys, Splunk, SolarWinds, and New Relic. At Qutech and CGI Federal, I supported Tivoli Workload Scheduler environments, built and maintained job streams, installed agents, coordinated outages, and provided on-call support.

I've also delivered desktop, network, Active Directory, SCCM, SQL, VMware, and field support across client environments. I'm seeking a role where I can use my support and troubleshooting skills while continuing to grow professionally.
