I’m a customer service agent with experience handling inbound support across voice and chat, always focused on solving customer needs fast and professionally. I’ve also supported sales through up-selling of contact products, while keeping service quality high.

Before and alongside my customer service roles, I worked as a promoter, pushing Dairymaid products on weekends and building confidence with customers in a fast-paced retail environment. Across roles, I’ve consistently combined communication, empathy, and resilience to deliver strong outcomes.

Alongside my work, I’m studying toward a Diploma in ICT applications development at Durban University of Technology, aiming to grow from front-line support into more technical, application-focused work. My technical foundation includes C# coding and HTML designing, plus practical exposure to common support tools.

I bring a service mindset, strong Microsoft skills, and familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Twilio, Trello, and VMware. I want an organization that values hard work and gives me room to develop both my customer service expertise and my ICT capabilities.
