I’m looking for opportunities where I can blend HR expertise with professional coaching—supporting talent acquisition, employee development, and onboarding while helping people unlock their potential through evidence-based coaching and NLP.

I’m a dynamic HR professional and ICF Certified Coach with a BBA in Human Resources Management from the GUC. I bring over a decade of combined HR experience across talent acquisition, learning & development, employee engagement, onboarding, and performance management.

I deliver structured one-on-one life and career coaching using ICF-accredited standards and NLP techniques, helping clients identify limiting beliefs and build actionable roadmaps. I also lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding in international environments, and design competency-based training and workshops that support organizational development and leadership growth.
