I seek a strategic HR leadership role where I can build HR systems, drive learning and development, improve retention, and align people strategy with organizational goals.

I am an experienced Human Resources executive with a proven track record building HR systems, talent strategies, and training programs across education and multinational organizations. I have led HR, training, payroll, compensation, benefits, performance management, and organizational design while serving in director and managing director roles.

As a Certified International Trainer, I design and deliver training, set departmental KPIs, conduct workforce planning and wage benchmarking, and implement HR policies and procedures from scratch.
