I am an IT System Support Engineer with eight years of experience delivering hands-on datacenter, virtualization, and classroom lab solutions across the GCC and MEA.

I manage and support 100+ onsite machines, ESXi/vCenter and Hyper‑V environments, SCCM, Cisco configurations, surveillance systems, and structured cabling. I also lead onsite project deliveries including Pearson VUE mobile testing sites and end-to-end virtual classroom upgrades.

I have driven operational improvements—implementing shared storage with Acronis, creating Cisco lab access, and contributing to an EMEA best IT support services award—and hold certifications such as VCP6.5-DCV, ITIL v4, and CCNA.
