I'm currently supporting International Wildlife in Abu Dhabi, where I implement, improve, and maintain back-office infrastructure and end-user workstations.
I install and support server systems, business applications, backup platforms, computers, IP phones, printers, and scanners. I also perform health checks, security updates, backup monitoring, asset tracking, and helpdesk incident resolution.
Previously at Alpha Data LLC, I administered Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, VMware, IP telephony, LAN infrastructure, antivirus protection, and customer support services. My work included Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, vCenter, ESXi, virtual machines, switching, routers, access points, and backup testing.
At Farook Educational Society, I managed Windows Server services, file servers, FTP, NAS, VLANs, VPNs, WLAN, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SQL Server, and CCTV. I also helped deliver a Sheikh Khaleefa Center project in Kazakhstan, administering a network of 100 Cisco switches across 65 buildings.
