What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an ICT role where I can maintain reliable infrastructure, solve hardware, software, and network issues, strengthen security, and grow in technical support and digital infrastructure.

At Chapeo Capital, I maintain hardware, software, and network infrastructure, resolve technical issues remotely and on-site, and administer user access and security protocols. I've reduced system downtime by 20% through proactive maintenance and regular software updates.

I've also supported ICT operations at Huduma Center and the Assistant County Commissioner Embakasi East, maintaining networks, databases, and digital records. I bring hands-on experience in troubleshooting, customer support, onboarding, and building a mobile-first water consumption tracking application with Python.
