I’m a Sales & Marketing Head and strategic growth & operations leader with 20+ years of experience across BFSI and real estate. I’m driven by launching premium products, optimizing operations, and building lasting customer loyalty while consistently exceeding revenue targets.
I’ve led high-performing teams and owned campaigns end-to-end—from designing and distributing print materials (brochures, ads, direct response) to supervising Radio & Television spots. I also manage press relations, speaking engagements, special events, and community outreach to keep brand presence strong in the target market.
Earlier, I served as a Product Manager and Project Manager, including the launch of ICICI Bank’s “Smart Business Account.” I handled market analysis, customized products to stay competitive, and managed PAC process content for current accounts, while also shaping marketing packages and coordinating channel partner recruitment and training.
