At MEA Platform Technologies, I led a 30+ member distributed team across commercial insurance processing and multimodal AI data annotation, overseeing workflows from submission intake through quality review and final delivery.

I rebuilt a failing QA process within 30 days, reducing rework by 30% while maintaining quality. I also automated reporting and tracking workflows, cutting administrative time by 35–40% and improving real-time operational visibility.

My work spans aviation, inland marine, property, and liability insurance, alongside text/NLP, image/video, and audio annotation programmes. I build SOPs, KPI scorecards, dashboards, quality frameworks, vendor processes, and accountability rhythms that make delivery consistent and scalable.

I also founded and operated a data annotation agency, owning client acquisition, recruitment, training, quality assurance, pricing, and delivery. I bring hands-on operational leadership shaped by building teams, solving root causes, and delivering complex projects under pressure.
