What I'm looking for
I’m a Strategic Account Manager focused on building durable partnerships that translate institutional priorities into measurable enrollment and retention outcomes. At EAB, I align enrollment marketing initiatives with client goals through consultative advising and data-informed collaboration.
From 2022–2024 as a Technology Account Manager, I managed a $1.5M portfolio and owned the renewal process—from diagnostic conversations to signature—by working closely with key executive stakeholders. I partner cross-functionally across sales, partner success, and support teams to negotiate terms, resolve partner concerns, and identify growth opportunities across EAB services.
Before that, I served as a Senior Partner Development Representative & Mentor Lead, supporting sales executives and consultants with strategic outreach, institutional research, visit coordination, and partner engagement. I also led onboarding and mentorship for new team members, building onboarding resources, facilitating mentor training, and improving processes to strengthen scalability and connectedness.
