What I'm looking for

I’m looking to leverage my higher education market knowledge, stakeholder relationships, CRM experience, and consultative communication skills in an account management or sales career.

At the University of Rhode Island, I design recruitment, orientation, and welcome programs serving more than 20,000 students annually. I manage campus partnerships, targeted communications through Campus ESP, and data-informed engagement strategy using Qualtrics and Slate.

Previously at MIT Sloan, I led community engagement, events, and leadership initiatives with student organizations, campus offices, and external guests. I also coordinated hundreds of domestic and international admissions recruitment events, analyzed Slate CRM conversion data, and improved recruitment and matriculation workflows.

Across higher education roles, I’ve built trusted stakeholder relationships, managed complex programs, supervised teams, and supported students through individualized advising and bilingual financial aid consultations. I’m looking to bring my higher education market knowledge, consultative communication, and relationship management experience into account management and sales.
