What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can own CRM and pipeline, drive renewals and targets, and handle support/technical queries with strong SLA discipline—while improving processes in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

I’m a customer-facing professional with 2.5+ years across inside sales, telecalling, KYC processing, and CRM management in high-volume, target-driven environments. I’m known for consultative pitching, objection handling, disciplined follow-ups, and consistently hitting monthly targets—especially through motor insurance renewals, lead re-engagement, and pipeline management.

I also bring hands-on support experience from help desk operations and technical query resolution, including ticket logging and management, issue escalation, and SLA adherence (Freshdesk/Zendesk basic). Beyond support, I’ve worked on loan & debt recovery with borrower communication, negotiation & settlement, skip tracing, and compliance-oriented processes like NACH/ECS knowledge and RBI compliance.
