I’m a self-motivated, reliable, and hard-working professional who works confidently in both team environments and independently. I’m adaptable to challenging situations and able to work well under pressure while adhering to strict deadlines.

Since November 2019, I’ve worked as an Inside Sales Executive, where I file (US) customer records including contact information, purchases, and billings. I conduct surveys, write reports based on customer feedback, provide clear instructions to resolve issues, and reroute customer calls to the right departments when advanced solutions are required.

Previously, as an Area Sales Manager (May 2017 to August 2019), I conducted market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. I actively pursued new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media, and I set up meetings with potential clients to understand their wishes and concerns.

Earlier in my career, I worked at Ilead solutions pvt ltd as a Senior Lead Analyst / Lead Generation Executive, including USA international voice process experience and lead generation for 3 years. I bring strong transferable experience from customer service, technical support, and voice/back-office-style operations, backed by a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
