I’m an HR and Payroll professional with extensive experience in U.S. and global payroll operations, multi-state compliance, and HRIS administration. I’m known for managing complex payroll cycles with a strong focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.

In recent work, I partner with internal departments and external payroll providers to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing and seamless operational support. I process weekly and bi-weekly payrolls, resolve payroll inquiries and discrepancies through ticketing support, and ensure compliance with company policies.

I also help maintain internal controls and data integrity by validating payroll information and supporting accurate reporting. I serve as a primary point of contact for payroll-related systems, providing guidance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution.

Previously, I managed payroll operations for 30 U.S. and Canadian companies as a subject matter expert for HR systems, payroll processes, and implementation initiatives. I led payroll/HR system implementation and configuration, administered garnishments, tax configurations, GL mapping, onboarding/offboarding, time-tracking, and supported benefits and year-end processes including W-2 preparation and distribution.
