I'm looking to continue partnering with leaders on employee relations, payroll, benefits, compliance, process improvement, and HR operations in a multi-company environment.

I'm currently supporting Andronaco Industries as a Payroll Specialist and HR Generalist, partnering with leaders on employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, and employee development.

I manage full-cycle payroll through ADP Workforce Now, lead benefits administration and Open Enrollment, and oversee multi-state compliance and HR records. I've also created a comprehensive Payroll Playbook and standardized HR operating procedures.
