I seek a payroll or HR role focused on global payroll operations, system implementations, compliance and process improvement within a collaborative, growth-oriented team.

I am a payroll management and HR professional with extensive experience implementing and managing payroll operations across domestic and international locations. I have led multi-vendor payroll implementations, system upgrades, and SOX compliance work while supporting clients across 50 states and 28 countries.

My background includes hands-on administration of ADP, Workday, Paychex, Ceridian, Paycom, Peoplesoft, Oracle and many other payroll/HR systems, plus managing payroll taxes, benefits administration and garnishments. I have supervised payroll teams, trained clients onsite, and created SOPs and internal controls for audit readiness.

I consult and manage projects to improve processes and ensure regulatory compliance, with proven experience supporting public companies, PEOs, nonprofits and financial services organizations. I hold CPP certification and several vendor-specific credentials to support complex payroll environments.
