At Tech Mahindra, I assess Salesforce release processes and translate delivery bottlenecks, environment challenges, and governance gaps into practical DevOps recommendations. I’ve delivered implementations across Flosum, Gearset, and Copado, from discovery and solution design through enablement and production deployment.
At Bolt Innovative, I led Salesforce DevOps consulting and release-management engagements, including work on large transformation programmes such as Iron Mountain. I assessed Flosum for customer needs and led adoption and change management across development and IT teams.
At Tech Mahindra, I led Salesforce release management for Volvo Cars USA across 17+ projects and a 100+ member delivery landscape. I managed source control in Azure Repos and deployments through Azure Pipelines, coordinating releases across development, merge, QA, and production environments.
Earlier, at Wipro Technologies, I worked across Salesforce environment and release management, ITIL service management, and business integration for customers including Hughes Network Systems and Cisco. I’ve also trained delivery teams on release management and Flosum, including 50+ engineers toward Flosum certification.
