I’m a Salesforce certified technical Team Lead with 8+ years architecting and delivering end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and nCino ecosystems. I lead cross-functional teams through the full Agile/Scrum SDLC—requirements gathering, solution design, code review, and production support—while mentoring junior developers and owning client-facing delivery.
My core strength is building secure, scalable Salesforce capabilities: Apex (including async processing), Lightning Web Components and Aura, Lightning Flows, and REST/SOAP integrations with Platform Events. I also bring deep DevOps/CI-CD discipline (Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps) and have led production support and incident triage for Health Cloud, alongside enterprise data modeling, sharing architecture, and security using Salesforce Shield.

Architected a direct Marketo–Salesforce integration for lead and engagement data, removing AEM as middleware and simplifying the data flow. Served as Solution Architect for a Salesforce Commerce Cloud master data migration consolidating data from multiple SAP instances into a unified platform.
Led a technical team of 3 developers delivering enhancements for a banking client’s collections module using Agile/Scrum practices. Implemented nCino across the loan lifecycle and built integrations, automations, sharing models, and production support for the Health Cloud ecosystem.
Led end-to-end delivery of a custom managed package for Order-to-Cash (OTC) and invoice processing for multiple US-based pharma clients. Implemented security, SSO, Experience Cloud portal capabilities, and multiple middleware and data integration solutions including AWS archival and SailPoint IIQ provisioning via SOAP APIs.
