At Keonos, I lead business analysis and functional delivery across eight greenfield Salesforce implementations, translating stakeholder outcomes into requirements, user stories, solution designs, and implementation guidance. My work spans Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud, including integrations with Lead Forensics, Microsoft Business Central, and Seven20 CRM.
