What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in business development, sales operations, and client-facing delivery, contributing to outbound strategy, pipeline execution, team leadership, and website project delivery across global time zones.

At KK Digital Headway Services LLC, I source, pitch, negotiate, and close accounts end-to-end while working US business hours from India. I closed a deal within my first three months in sales and manage a live 40+ deal pipeline in Pipedrive.

I lead a four-person BDR pod, assigning daily priorities, tracking output, and standardising outreach documentation. My team sustains 300+ weekly outbound touches, and I write the cold-call scripts, proposal emails, and branded roadmap documents used in outreach.

I also build the work I pitch. For Mediwin Hospital, I delivered a multi-specialty website, passed a 14/14 security audit, completed seven-route regression testing, and resolved a dependency-conflict build failure before launch.

I'm currently completing a BBA and have earned HubSpot Academy certifications in CRM, inbound methodology, and sales operations.
