At Infosys, I lead end-to-end release planning and execution for a global Oil & Gas client, managing CAB governance, ServiceNow change management, Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, deployment readiness, risk assessment, and stakeholder coordination across UK/Europe and India. Previously, I worked as an SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) Functional Consultant, specializing in requirements gathering, process analysis, and Agile delivery.
