At Accenture, I drive end-to-end Change and Release Management for enterprise applications, managing 20+ monthly ServiceNow changes and supporting CAB governance, risk assessments, approvals, and compliant deployments.
I coordinate Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Operations teams through maintenance windows, pre-implementation validation, and post-change reviews. I also provide L2/L3 support for SWIFT, GetPaid, and Apptio while improving change workflows through continuous service improvement initiatives.
Previously at 1Rivet, I built CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Azure DevOps, automated infrastructure with Ansible, and supported Azure migrations, ARM templates, Azure Backup, Key Vault, SonarQube, Dynatrace, and Azure Monitor.
