What I'm looking for
I am a tech support and ITES professional with a background in customer service, IT operations, and ERP/CRM support. I pair a B.E. in Computer Engineering with a PGDM in Marketing & IT to bridge technical and business needs.
I have hands-on experience providing remote hardware and software support, managing ticketing and incident workflows, and delivering client-facing ERP support for order-to-cash, billing, and compliance. At an IT BPO I supported US customers for Dell devices and earned awards for outstanding customer experience.
I also co-own and operate an ERP-driven family manufacturing business where I oversee billing, GST compliance, vendor and client communications, workforce management, and reporting. This role sharpened my process management and cross-functional coordination skills.
I bring strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities and am seeking Tech Support / Semi-Technical Support roles in ITES-BPO where I can re-establish in the IT sector and contribute effectively to customer experience and operational excellence.
