At Valmont Structures Pvt Limited, I’m responsible for the Lighting Segment, covering poles, high masts, stadium masts, gantry structures, and luminaires. I oversee domestic and export sales operations and work across sales, production, planning, and finance to move demand through execution.
I helped implement a new-product strategy for Smart City projects involving sales, engineering, and production. Entry into these projects accounts for 20% of the segment’s overall annual revenue and improved the margin profile by 5 to 7%.
At Philips Lighting Solutions India, I developed the Retail and Hospitality segment and managed regional key accounts. By driving LED product specifications with specifiers and aligning with product management, I contributed to 15% year-on-year revenue growth for the region.
Earlier, I developed LED lighting business and channel networks at Philips Color Kinetics and Keselec Schreder, and handled cable sales and business development at Cable Corporation Of India. I hold degrees in International Trade and Marketing from NMIMS and Marketing Management from JBIMS, alongside a Mechanical Engineering degree.
