I’m looking to own Ironclad + Salesforce CLM implementations, drive workflow automation (approvals, intake, clause libraries), and lead integrations and migrations that improve compliance and accelerate contract processing.

I’m a Senior Ironclad Salesforce Engineer with 5+ years of CLM and CRM (Ironclad Salesforce) experience, focused on building reliable contract lifecycle ecosystems. I’ve led successful Ironclad implementations that move teams from manual contract processes to fully digital workflows, with a strong emphasis on clarity, quality, and adoption.

In my most recent role with Deloitte USI (Objectwin technology India Private limited) for Qualtrics, I delivered an end-to-end greenfield Ironclad CLM implementation and engineered complex configurations to streamline lead conversions. I architected a centralized Global Clause library and standardized contract templates, integrating Legal Playbooks to enable self-service drafting across intake, drafting, internal/external review, approvals, execution, and repository management.

I also strengthen integrations and operational performance—executing Ironclad + Salesforce (CRM) and Docusign integrations via native connectors, performing 30k legacy data migration with smart imports, and establishing seamless bidirectional syncs. Earlier with Dhee Services for Knotel-UK, I designed Ironclad Salesforce flows for lead management and onboarding, maintained data accuracy through imports and de-duplication, and supported users through troubleshooting and documentation—while contributing to Dheegrid’s Salesforce AppExchange-ready no-code multi-object editor product.
