I architected a migration of 194 legacy Workflow Rules into a Master Flow/Subflow framework, designed Apex sharing frameworks for partner communities (reducing manual provisioning by ~30%), and built Agentforce for lead qualification with Data Cloud integration across Citroën and Peugeot. I also lead pods of 5-7 developers, decompose live escalations across code/config/data layers, and serve as the technical bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
