Previously at Tech Mahindra and Deloitte, I led teams of 5 and 4 to implement Conga CLM integrated with Salesforce for U.S. and European clients, including a solution that streamlined contract compliance for 300+ users. I've designed agreement workflows, approval processes, contract templates, clause libraries, X-Author document generation, and custom Apex logic.
I began building Salesforce solutions at Birlasoft, supporting production applications, developing to business requirements, and creating case escalation, reporting, and dashboard solutions. I bring hands-on Salesforce administration, data management, Agile delivery, stakeholder coordination, and team mentoring experience.
