What I'm looking for

I seek an HR role focused on People & Culture or HR operations—especially benefits and HR systems (SAP)—in a collaborative, employee-centred company offering hands-on responsibility and process-improvement opportunities.

I am a master's student in International Management and a hands-on HR working student with experience supporting HR Business Partners, People & Culture projects, and benefits administration at multinational companies.

At Eficode I built a benefits database and led company-wide communications; during my internship at a major automotive supplier I analysed customer contracts, researched circular economy practices, maintained order stocks and developed an SAP approach for recurring services; at TRUMPF I support operational HR processes and administrative personnel workflows.

I bring strong communication, teamwork and a structured working style, with practical skills in SAP, Microsoft Office 365, Confluence and Jira. I am motivated to improve HR operations, implement employee-centred processes and contribute to People & Culture initiatives.
