What I'm looking for

I seek an HR/recruiting role where I can apply SAP HR and recruitment marketing skills, support talent acquisition, and grow into HR specialist roles within a collaborative, learning-focused team.

I am a B.A. Business Administration student (current grade 2,2) with hands-on HR and recruiting experience gained through student work and internships.

As a Werkstudent in recruiting at Sparkasse Leipzig, I planned and executed apprenticeship marketing activities including school visits and fairs, created and designed presentations, supported social-media outreach to attract candidates, and organized and coordinated application processes while handling independent tasks with care and accuracy.
