What I'm looking for
I’m a sales leader who built enablement first—and then built the people around it. For 10+ years, I’ve been the person who finds what’s broken, builds what’s missing, and develops performers into consistent quota achievers.
I use AI daily to develop enablement content, sales tools, competitive intelligence, and workflows that would otherwise take weeks. My goal is always the same: deliver at a pace that scales without adding headcount, while improving the measurable outcomes that sales teams need.
Most recently at DrChrono (EverHealth), I’ve combined quota responsibilities with coaching, taking multiple underperforming reps from sub-50% attainment to 102–150% of quota within 8 weeks. In 2025 I averaged 125% to quota, earned Rookie of the Year, ranked highest performer in H2, and built a daily-use sales enablement library (competitor intelligence workbooks, objection handling frameworks, demo scripts, and partner integrations training).
Before that, I led teams as Sales Director at Chalk Couture, growing a distributed organization of 2,000+ reps generating $4M+ through organic team development and personal sales performance. I personally developed 10+ individuals into top-tier leadership roles, designed full training curriculum (workbooks, video content, and presentations), and built field-ready tools like KPI trackers, scripts, and development exercises—backed by repeated national and international recognition.
