I'm looking to lead Customer Success, CRM, growth, or loyalty initiatives where I can use customer behavior and performance data to improve retention, adoption, and long-term B2B partnerships.

I lead Customer Success at Loyalme by Cuponeria, owning the B2B loyalty-program customer journey from onboarding and adoption through expansion and renewal. I use usage and performance data to identify churn risk, guide client decisions, and build retention plans before renewal deadlines.

Previously, I planned CRM and lifecycle campaigns across email, push, and coupon mechanics, running experiments to improve activation, repeat purchase, and retention.
