Throughout my career thus far, I have relied heavily on my experience in strategic planning and efficiency to grow my organizations from where they were at the beginning. I am a person who likes working in environments with data and complicated information. For instance, I have effectively overseen the completion of all the way from the planning stage to finalizing of the process within set timelines and budget constraints. One important attribute of my work philosophy is the strategic use of data for purposes of optimizing operations in the organization. The first step is identifying the right KPIs from the available information and using that to develop an appropriate strategy that will optimize the operations. The strategy is continuously revised based on changes in information such as risks and returns in order to improve the expected ROI. Apart from being highly adaptable in nature, I have always sought to keep abreast of emerging technological tools and developments. This is because the adoption of new tools is an important strategy for overcoming various challenges such as reducing cost of work or increasing the speed and efficiency.
