What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an entry-level IT support or help desk role.

Through hands-on IT help desk and technical support experience, I’ve created, updated, documented, and resolved support tickets while tracking issues through completion.

I’ve troubleshot Windows, hardware, software, printer, connectivity, and peripheral issues, then confirmed solutions. I’ve also set up computers, installed software and updates, and assisted with system imaging.

As a CyberPatriot competitor, I worked with Windows systems to improve security, review accounts and permissions, apply updates, and identify basic vulnerabilities. I’m studying Computer Science at Wake Technical Community College and have CompTIA Network+ in progress.
