I'm looking for virtual assistant jobs, chat or e-mail support, or billing related works.

Hi! I've been a customer service representative for almost 5 years in a healthcare account with a supervisory background. I have experience in handling inbound calls, as chat support and e-mail support. I'm an operation supervisor as well for a year and half in healthcare account supervising 15-18 agents in both chat support agents and brick and mortar agents taking inbound and outbound calls. I'm a goal-oriented person. My coaching skills, problem solving skills and motivational skills are excellent. I have an administrative assistant background as well specific in billing preparations, daily monitoring of collections, checking employees attendance, answering inquiries over the phone and other social media platforms and organizing files and documents systematically. I'm very passionate about my work and hardworking. I can do multi-tasking and ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction.
