I am a dedicated customer service professional with extensive experience in support, billing, lead generation and technical assistance, having worked across contact centers and as a virtual assistant. I was promoted to Subject Matter Expert after a probationary period and consistently delivered quality service.

I train and supervise new hires, manage account-related tasks, compile statistical financial reports, and perform office management and administrative duties. I also served as Account Supervisor and volunteered as Local MIS Head, consolidating reports and creating regular operational summaries.
