What I'm looking for

I'm looking to partner with leadership on talent, workforce planning, organizational development, employee relations, and change initiatives that strengthen capability, culture, and sustainable business growth.

I'm currently supporting East African Crude Oil Pipeline project leadership with workforce planning, compliance monitoring, contractor audits, workforce deployment, and employee relations across multiple locations.

Previously, at Steel & Tube Industries, American Tower Corporation, and Job Connect Limited, I led and supported talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, and organizational restructuring.

Across more than 10 years in HR, I partner with leaders to build workforce capability, strengthen culture, manage labour relations, and use workforce analytics to inform people decisions.
