What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise learning, organizational development, culture transformation, and capability-building programs where I can partner with leaders to create measurable business and employee outcomes.

At Sonion Vietnam, I lead learning and organizational development programs that connect culture, capability, and business priorities across manufacturing and corporate functions. I led a culture transformation initiative engaging more than 5,000 employees and managed large-scale employee programs including a 4,000-person New Year Celebration and a 2,000-person factory outing.

I've built trusted partnerships with R&D and Engineering leaders, helping align independent training budgets and capability strategies with business needs. My work has strengthened HR's role in employee experience, engagement, and organizational culture.

Previously, I managed APAC learning deployment at Zuellig Pharma and led training, culture, talent development, succession planning, and workforce planning at CJ CGV Vietnam. Across Binh Tay Food, Tan Hung Group, HD Saison, and Intel Product Vietnam, I've delivered training, organizational development, employer branding, recruitment, employee relations, and factory capability-building initiatives.

I'm also a co-founder of I AM IN Foundation, where I've supported education and sustainable community development through capability-building programs, fundraising, project planning, volunteer coordination, and partnerships.
